Consultants
We supply SAP consultants to projects. They work in your methodology, your structure and under your lead. We answer for the competence. And for the fact that it will not vanish halfway through the project.
You have the project, the methodology and the client relationship. What you do not have is one person with a specific SAP skill, available from next week. Recruitment takes a quarter; the project does not wait.
Competence, not a CV
We agree what the person has to be able to do, not what words their CV contains. The difference shows in week one.
Selection
We propose named people and say why those ones. If we do not have the right person, we say so rather than send anyone.
Joining the project
The consultant adopts your methodology and your tooling. We do not bring our own process where another already works.
Continuity
Swapping a person mid-project is a cost the project carries, not the supplier. So we staff for the whole scope, not the coming month.
Scaling
Scope grows, we add people. Scope ends, we step down, with no negotiation and no notice period in the invoice.
Handover
Passing knowledge to the client team is part of the work, not a separate engagement at the end.
